Hello, and welcome to my corner of the communication world! I’m Chelsea, a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a mission to empower children and their families through effective communication. 

I have a Masters of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick. Since graduating in 2015, my passion for communication has evolved into a fulfilling career devoted to helping children overcome communication challenges and discover the joy of expressing themselves confidently.

In both the public health and educational/school-based settings, I have had the opportunity to support clients from infancy through to adulthood with their communication. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in diagnosing and treating various speech and language disorders, including articulation and phonological disorders, motor speech disorders, language disorders, fluency disorders, social communication, and alternative and augmentative communication.  I approach therapy with a family centered, play-based philosophy that is guided by evidence-based practice. I have a genuine love for working with children and their families. I am  committed to providing high quality up-to date therapy services that are both functional and fun.
